Yaw Ohemeng Kyei is member of ACS and Director of Business Affairs; Ghana. He holds first degree in Economics and Law from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Masters degree in Banking and Finance from the same University, Ghana Securities Industry Certificate from Ghana Stock Exchange and currently pursuing LLB at the University of London. Mr Kyei is a member of Institute of Chartered Accountants Ghana. He is also a member of Institute of Financial and Economic Journalists (IFEJ) and Decentralization Advocacy Network (DEAN)

Mr Kyei has vast experience in both industry and academia. He taught Public Finance, Investment Management, Risk Management and Entrepreneurship at the Presbyterian University College between 2010-2014. A Columnist (Finance and Energy) for Ghana Business and Finance Magazine from 2010 to date. Mr. Kyei is credited for introducing Entrepreneurship at Presbyterian University College , Tema Campus and subsequently first Entrepreneurship lecturer.

Mr Kyei is also the founder of Likert Business Solution that initially provided services free of charge to students who intended to start their own businesses, the company now  provides assistance to Small Medium Scale Enterprises (SMEs) in Ghana and has a large client base across different sectors of the economy. He is also a member of Institute of Financial and Economic Journalists (IFEJ) and Decentralization Advocacy Network (DEAN).

His hobbies include reading and doing charity work.
